I decided to go ahead and throw one of these together and get the ball rolling. I will mess around with the design/format over the next few days (let me know if you have any suggestions) but we can go ahead and start posting whenever someone wants to start. Regarding the papers, I propose that the topic initiator load the .pdf into their filebox and place a link to the paper in the initial posting. That way... each paper will be readily available and we won't have to search through our inboxes whenever someone wants to start a new topic.

I don't know if any of you wanted to start with this topic but I'm going to go ahead and post it. At the very least...it can serve as an example of how we could possibly post papers.
